China, April 25, 2024 - Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), through the School of Business and Economics (SPE), held the launch of the Putra Offshore Program in China.
The Putra Offshore Program, developed by SPE and approved by the Higher Education Committee Meeting (JKPT) on October 5, 2023, offers flexibility in education where students can attend classes both online and face-to-face. Additionally, the Putra Offshore Program offers graduate programs in research and coursework at UPM. Therefore, the offering of the Putra Offshore Program will commence for the intake of the First Trimester 2024/2025 (July 2024).
The launch of the Putra Offshore Program was conducted by Professor Dr. Ismi Arif Ismail, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International), along with representatives from the School of Business and Economics, UPM (SPE UPM), represented by Prof. Dr. Bany Ariffin Amin Noordin (Dean of SPE) and Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Anuar Shah Bali Mahomed (Deputy Dean of Graduate Studies), as well as Prof. Dr. Peter and Dr. Gu Guoxing (Accompanying).

Finally, with the launch and cooperation efforts, it is hoped to have a positive impact on the Putra Offshore Program and open up new opportunities for the development of knowledge and sustainable cooperation in the future.
