Uzbekistan, March 8, 2024 - Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), through the School of Business and Economics (SPE), has engaged in collaborative discussions with the International School of Finance Technology and Science (ISFT) to develop strategic cooperation in the fields of education and research.
The delegation from the School of Business and Economics, UPM (SPE UPM), was represented by Prof. Dr. Bany Ariffin Amin Noordin (Dean of SPE) and Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Anuar Shah Bali Mahomed (Deputy Dean of Postgraduate), along with Ms. Feruza Tolipova (Vice Rector for International Relations at ISFT), who participated in the discussions.
The discussion has opened the potential for collaboration in undergraduate and postgraduate programs between the School of Business and Economics (SPE), UPM, and the International School of Finance Technology and Science (ISFT). This collaboration is also seen as having the potential to expand to the Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP) and the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication (FBMK), UPM.
Other initiatives to be implemented include inviting UPM lecturers to teach postgraduate courses in specific fields at ISFT, staff and student exchanges, as well as mobility programs to enhance the learning experience at both institutions. This discussion reflects a commitment to building close collaboration that has the potential to significantly benefit both institutions in the fields of education and research.
